Distance Selling Agreement
The electronic sales agreement governing digital services on Paftalk.
1. Parties
This agreement is concluded electronically between the User (Buyer) purchasing the service and Paftalk (Seller).
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the digital service subscription ordered by the Buyer electronically via the Seller's website/mobile application.
3. Service Fee and Payment Terms
The service fee is clearly stated on the purchase screen and includes all taxes. Payment is collected via credit card or other approved electronic payment methods.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Digital services performed instantly in the electronic environment (software subscriptions, etc.) are an exception to the right of withdrawal. See the Refund Policy page for details.
5. Effectiveness
The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement upon making the payment for the order placed on the site.
