Refund Policy

Cancellation Conditions

You can cancel your subscription at any time within the Paftalk app or via the user dashboard. Once cancelled, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle and will not automatically renew for the next period.

Refund Conditions (Exception to Right of Withdrawal)

As the service provided by Paftalk is considered a "digital service performed instantly in the electronic environment" under consumer protection laws, it is generally exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, and refunds are **not** provided.

Exceptional Refund Requests

In the following cases, you may contact our customer support team to request an exceptional refund:

• If the service cannot be used at all due to technical or infrastructure issues on our end.
• If no core features of the app have been actively used within 14 days of purchase.

Refund requests will be reviewed and decided fairly by the Paftalk management team. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
